Hotel is clean, staff is awesome the only thing i found sad is that the hotel is out dated some of the floors are loose and they don’t fix it, other than that, staff is friendly professional, and ready to assist you

We stayed here because other family members stayed. We had to go to Juarez for a family funeral. They turn off water from 3-6pm??! No water during the day???! Unacceptable. We were stuck in elevator and had to press the emergency button. We were told it was not working properly? How about a sign? Beds are not comfortable. Oh and they will double charge be careful!Will not stay agan.
