Staff was friendly. Great staff hotel is beautiful one of my favorite however this stay was disappointing. I rented 2 rooms one room a vap was found on side of bed (which was not good because I have my small nephew) my room sheets looked dingy and bed slept on def wasn’t up to par and Dnt think I will stay again

The room was super hot. They decided to shut down the air conditioning in the rooms.. however halls, main lobby, bar and dining area was fully conditioned. Carpet in the room was dirty and under the bed was never cleaned as there was lint, dirt, dust, and a pair of dirty socks under the bed. 2nd day was 80degree so the decided to turn air on for a while. But then got turned off. We were told we need to leave balcony door open to air out and cool the room. So we had to sleep with the balcony door open. Overall experience was terrible but we made the best of it as we couldn’t cancel to go somewhere else. Most staff was rude and did not offer help. We asked for a TV remote and we finally got it on our last day stay.

Smelly room, no hot water, stains all over the carpet (room and corridors), seems like no maintenance over years has not been done. Despite it was only one night, i don´t think the price for the room worth it.
