We had a problem with the TV in our room and we asked for service to take care the problem and nobody showed up during the time that we stayed in the hotel.

Hallways were dirty, building from the outside looked good but from the inside in the actual rooms everything is still very old fashioned. The AC, the TV (normal TV), the shower, the bed sheets. After the cleaning lady came it was a weird smell on the room, like if the mop was dirty.
