My first time staying at this hotel and I can say is one of the best around this area , great customer service , good security, close to restaurants, stores, good breakfast, very satisfied over all . Cleanning service employees very friendly and efficient.

La quinta ha sido de mis favoritos cuando visito la cuidad. Sin embargo esta vez note deterioro, y creo que ya estan en trabajos de renovacion. El staff muy amable. Solo que pongan mas atencion en la limpieza de la alberca.

Room 330 had plumbing issues. It smelt like sewer & the shower & bathroom sink would not drain properly. I asked for a room change but Front desk girl said she would send maintenance to check it out first because if I moved I was giving the housekeepers extra work.. maintenance NEVER showed up. But good hotel overall, the housekeepers were nice , breakfast was different every day it was delicious 😋

The only thing that I would recommend is improving the breakfast on a Sunday morning breakfast I was expecting pancakes or waffles. Other than that everything was excellent room was clean and neat, employees were friendly and helpful all the time easy check in and out, if I need to come to Juarez again I will definitely stay here again. We really liked this hotel, we got a renovated room everything was fine for the most part the only thing is that you can hear every little noise from the hallway. I loved the fact that the place was gated, pool is a plus in this hot weather, the place was kept cleaned there were soda and snack machines, the breakfast is also a plus and food was excellent.
