A great hotel
Great hotel, with a caring staff which always takes care of our needs. This is the fourth time we have stayed at this property. Kudos to the breakfast waiter. He is always fantastic. The only area that needs improvement is the jacuzzi next to the pool. Two of our previous stays were in summertime. The jacuzzi was extremely dirty. Please take care of it!

Un hotel con mucho carácter. La atención a sus huéspedes es excelente. Para desayunar, el bufet es buena opción al igual que el restaurante. El bar tiene un ambiente agradable y acogedor. Recomiendo dar prioridad a los huéspedes en el estacionamiento antes que a los visitantes para que los huéspedes puedan encontrar estacionamiento cuando se requiera en vez de terminar estacionados en la calle.

The place was dark and there was no one in the front desk. Parking was not available and the few parking spaces in hotel property were splatter with old dried mud. Horrible hotel

The place is so nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Just the lady that works in the evening needs to communicate more when you check in. I had to ask for the wifi password and the next asked a maintenance lady where they serve breakfast. She didn’t even tell me they had free breakfast.

we use this hotel because was great but two years ago something happen, no water bottles and the towels are to old, we need to call service because missing towels, well you need to put attention to your property, anyway thank you.

The only reason I chose this location was because of the "shuttle to airport" included. I called before making the reservation and they assured me that they will be able to fulfill my needs. The day we checked in we asked again, and they, again, assured me that there was no problem. The next morning we found out the driver did not show up. They knew since 11 pm of the previous night and failed to inform me. The clerk was so indifferent to the fact that I was stranded without a ride to the airport in a very, very, very insecure city like Ciudad Juarez. We had to take 2 different ubers at our own expense to get to the airport. And the clerk just said that he couldn't do anything about it. The room was regular, with weird smell. The a/c does not work if the card is inserted into a scanner, so when you leave the room gets super hot. The customer service was the worst.
