Excellent family hotel,well situated
Excellent hotel,although the apartments are dated and could do with modernisation. Still using old-fashioned keys to unlock apartment door and the lift to the higher floors has seen better days! However,the accommodation is quite adequate. There are two pool areas,both really nice as is the restaurant,which was spotlessly clean,but the breakfast buffet option was quite repetitive. The staff were very friendly and helpful-check-in and out was speedy and efficient,although I still disagree with being charged extra for an in-room safe! Location is perfect.You can walk down to the lovely beach straight from the hotel and only a 5 minute walk to the marina where you have a wide choice of good restaurants Hotel is quite family orientated but overall a very good option and quite reasonably priced

Pontos positivos: ótima localização (ao lado da praia) e funcionarios atenciosos e cordiais. Pontos negativos: cheguei em dia de muita chuva! O quarto estava alagado, sem eletricidade e sem água!!! Elevador do prédio avariado o tempo todo! Tive que subir e descer malas sempre pela escada! Quarto sempre com muitas formigas! Hotel precisa se modernizar, tem muito a melhorar.

In generale, buona esperienza, soprattutto x il personale e la location della struttura, lasciano un po' a desiderare alcuni punti tipo biancheria da letto di scarsa qualità e asciugamani consumati e talvolta rotti, la pulizia del bagno e della cucina spesso sommarie.

Ottima struttura per posizione bellissima e con servizi vari vicini, servizi del personale e colazione (non abbiamo provato come ristorante). Camera con tutto il necessario è davvero spaziosa. Migliorerei solo le stanze a livello di interni. Ci tornerei volentieri in caso di ritorno a Minorca.

Fantastiskt läge vid havet vid två fina stränder samt Marinan ett stenkast bort. Det är 4:e gången vi är på Menorca och andra gången på detta hotell. Lägenheterna behöver tyvärr renoveras, möbler bytas ut och inredning/gardiner fixas till. Personalen är jättetrevliga både i reception och i städ. Städningen utförs exemplariskt. Bra med gratis parkering på hotellet. Vid incheckning saknades bokningen men efter uppvisat kvitto löstes detta på bästa sätt.

Bella struttura dotata di due piscine con lettini e ombrelloni a bordo vasca, molto comoda la location in quanto a poca distanza è possibile scendere nella spiaggia adiacente. Camera spaziosa e ben arredata.
