ONLINE CHECK IN DID NOT GO SMOOTHLY OR TIMELY. NOT FOR ME. NOT FOR MY SISTER. BOTH BOOKINGS WERE NOT FOLLOWED UP SOON ENOUGH. COMMUNICATION OF PROCESS WAS POOR. WORTH NOTING: AIR FRESHENER WAS SO STRONG IT WAS IRRITATING. I PREFER NO CHEMICALS IN MY ROOM. NO SPRAYS. JUST CLEAN. LIKED BUILDING & ROOM.

Les chambres sont jolies et l'Hotel est très bien situé en plein centre de cuitadella, par contre il est très difficile de trouver des places pour se garer, je nimagine même pas en été. Pas de ménage journalier. Télé pas connectée seulement les chaines espagnoles; et très mal insonorisé

Me ha gustado mucho el hotel,no tenia ganas de irme..buen servicio y amabilidad...volveria a repetir en este lugar..Super agradable...estoy maravillada.Un trato especial de parte de la chica que se encarga...En fin...las 5 estrelllas son pocas cuando estas muy bien atendido y alojado..
