Room was cleaned. Entrance door locked us out, trying to open it proved difficult and the assistance of a strong shoulder. Breakfast eggs were terrible and worse the service. Either they are short handed or don’t care. Same applies for the bar and service. When my adult sons with his wife joined us nobody asked what they would like to drink or eat. Made a claim to the manager he wanted to dismiss it by only charging us for the coffee. Definitely will not use this hotel even if they paid me.

Had a great stay here. Convenient location for airport and metro. Shuttle service to both was a great addition. Only complaint would be that there must be a dance club or something across the street.. I didn’t sleep a wink with the loud music all night. We left airport at 4:30am and it was still going

We are a family of 4. Overall experience is good. Great breakfast. AC available in the room. Next to metro.
Body wash or soap is minimal in the bathroom.
We will stay again.
