Our air conditioner stopped working Midway through the night and we had no water from the bathroom sink and shower and no water in the toilet. The temperature and humidity in the room was oppressive so we couldn't sleep. We asked for a late check out and we were denied.

This place is a hidden gem! Great customer service & the breakfast was awesome! Large outside patio to view the city and enjoy your spare time eating or socializing. Highly recommend this place. Only downfall was that our remote to the tv was not functioning. Hope they fix this minor problem.

Stayed 1 night before going on a cruise from Civitavecchia , Transfer arranged from the airport to the door of the hotel by the hotel. Loads of very good restaurants near to the hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Close to cruise port
Stefano is a wonderful host and very accommodating to your needs. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area and it's a great location for pre-cruise guests. It's very clean and is a walkable area. The outdoor patio is amazing.

The property was in a good location. They arranged transportation from the airport and to the cruise terminal for us. No staff on sight the day we arrived but was notified of that the day before our arrival. Air conditioner in my granddaughters room wasn’t working but she didn’t tell us until we were getting ready to leave.

Location was great but pictures of room were deceiving. Must have been taken some time ago because walls in multiple places were scuffed and in need of painting. Overall cleanliness of room was poor, floors and bathroom especially.
