Breakfast was less than **. There had been some scrambled eggs but they would not refill and there was more than an hour before the end of the breakfast time. The one pitcher of coffee was cold, though you could request a cappuccino. The carpet in our room was badly stained.

The hotel was very tired. In real need of TLC. Check out was ridiculously early at 10am. Great position. Stayed there previously but it had gone backwards.

Perfect for pre-cruise

The staff here is absolutely outstanding. Philippo, Matte, and Matteo were extremely polite, efficient, and helpful. Matte (Matilda) went out of her way to make everything comfortable and working well. She was one of the "best ever" hosts.This is a perfect place for a pre-cruise stay or any stay in Civitavecchia.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay before boarding our ship. It was an easy walk from the train station & to the port. We enjoyed a before dinner drink on the terrace. We loved our stay.

Lovely place and we had upgraded to the junior suite so we had an amazing balcony. Due to flight debacle, we did not get our full stay here, which was disappointing. Overall, with the little time we had here, it was nice.
