Perfect for a pre cruise stay and we appreciated the staff quick responses to messages and arranging transportation to our ship since it was much farther away than anticipated. We would have liked fresh brewed coffee vs the instant coffee provided. We don’t eat packaged cookies or wafers so we had to try to find some sort of breakfast which was difficult.

Spectacularly clean and convenient
The hotel was kind enough to allow me to check in a few hours earlier. I was welcomed and given a tour of the room and its amenities, and instructions for accessing the building and hotel at night. The room was very clean and comfortable. I was also given an excellent recommendation for dinner. Breakfast is already in your room and includes a selection of drinks, yogurt and packaged continental items. A very nice hotel. I would be happy to return.

Francesco was extremely accommodating. We had unexpected travel complications and he adjusted to meet our needs for a late arrival. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nicely appointed with special treats and favors. We spent only one night there in preparation for a cruise from the nearby port the next day. Transportation to our ship was arranged by Francesco. We would gladly choose this room again.

We had an amazing stay. Francesco was very welcoming and helpful, especially with our transportation to our cruise ship. His recommendation was spot on and instead of waiting for hours in line, we were at the pool enjoying tacos and margaritas by 1pm. Highly recommended!

Our host, Francesco kept in touch with us and directed us to the hotel from the train station. He was responsive, polite and available. The property is actually a hotel within a large building in the heart of Civitavecchia. Everything is within a short walk. The room was really nice, roomy and modern.
