Inconvenient that the reception has been moved into the pub so you have to go back and forth. Bath had hairs in it, even after being cleaned the second day I was there

Lovely stay
Lovely quite stay. we had 3 nights here. went home. Then came back for another 3 nights. Room was nice Not sure if it's meant to be cleaned every day. But 1 day no one cleaned or changed the towels. But overall lovely! Nice pub meals too.

Wasn’t too obvious where to check in, another guest who was waiting outside said we needed to go into the restaurant to do it. Might have been in my confirmation but I must have missed that! Apart from that, great stay and great location

The staff help make this place
Great room. My girlfriend is disabled but as she wasn't staying over I had a basic downstairs room, which the staff sorted for me. I was there around 2pm for a check in and a nice gentleman made sure I checked in easily. Ladies managing the rooms made sure I was okay. Asked me if I needed anything. They checked I was happy. I have been here a fair few times. Pub linked to hotel does amazing carvery. Maybe get a nice meal before booking in. Being next to the pub and easy access/parking, makes this place an ideal choice for travellers. There are a fair few shops/facilities you can walk to.
