The staff were exceptional at Knock Hotel. In particular the manager Steven helped me miraculously when upon arrival I found out I had booked extra rooms that I did not realize I didn’t cancel. His persistence and efficiency in dealing with this matter were nothing short of a miracle. This matter was cleared up without delay thanks to his focus and wanting his guests to have an enjoyable peaceful stay which we did. His kindness and attention to breakfast and supper details were second to none. The staff worked tirelessly with the meals. Petra and David stand out for me for their exceptional hospitality. The other staff and housekeeping manager was also very friendly and helpful with clean comfortable rooms. I highly recommend Knock hotel when staying at this wonderful Apparation site. Thank you

Definitely older, but beautiful building, beautiful setting by the river in the trees. Great large room. Main complaint is the maze of hallways, had to go up a floor (with a lift) down a hallway then down another flight (no lift) when there was an outside door to the parking lot right by our room but "for emergency only". amenities cost extra, did not try them out.

Great hotel, excellent location. I was upgraded to a lovely room, which was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were also lovely, friendly, and welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

A nice little hotel in a quiet little town. The hotel is to my knowledge the only one within the town and is a good place to hang your hat.

The property was outstanding. Staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, property was immaculate. Parking was plentiful. But in the main building there was no AC and a tiny window to circulate air. That’s just a selfish opinion but that’s the only minimal complaint if you even want to call it a complaint. More like a spoiled American complaining about nothing. I’d DEFINITELY stay here again. Perfect midway point from Dublin to Galway. And if you decide to get a little lost in Roscommon, well worth the wandering.

The Delphi advertises as a four star hotel, with the prices to match. However, if you’re looking for a four star look elsewhere. The carpets are stained, the spa facilities are open for only a limited time each day, and the food is ordinary. We went for breakfast (during our reserved time) with multiple tables and booths available. Jen-seated us in tight corner near the kitchen only to hear the clatter of dishes. When I asked to be move, I was met with a condescending tone. Perhaps the Delphi Lodge vs the Delphi Resort Spa-is a consideration.
