From the moment checking in to the moment checking out - everything was perfect. Been to this hotel many times and love each it. My only issue was the shower. Which did not have a non-slip mat or one near by to use; or the shower floor didn’t have the coating on the ground for grip to make you not fall. I stepped into the shower, I fell and came crashing down. Bruised my back and sliced my ankle open. When my boyfriend was talking to the front desk lady, they were very nice and helpful but to find out that every room doesn’t have that may or the rough grip on the tub was interesting. Overall, the hotel is really good and we enjoyed it. But I am very sore lol and bruised up.

Dining rm waitress on our 1st breakfast(Friday) wasn’t too pleased to serve us. We had to call her whenever we needed something. Waitress on Saturday was very nice and friendly.

Don't let the exterior of this hotel fool you. Although slightly aged on the outside, the inside was clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The dining area was clean and a nice place for breakfast. We did not eat dinner in the on sight restaurant, but it is available as an option after a long day out (or driving).

This year myself, husband and 2 children have driven across Canada from Alberta to Stephenville then and across the island to St. Johns back. This hotel was by far one of the cleanest hotels we've stayed in. They have an attached Restaurant and you receive a voucher for a hot breakfast which makes the room cost even better.
