Very Diaappointing

The hotel needs a full upgrade and elevators that will fit the luggage carts. The breakfast was less than Stella - cereal and old bagels! The pictures on hotels.com were completely not what this hotel looks like.

Top-Notch Service, Poor EV Charging Setup

Great hotel with amazing staff. During breakfast, they were always proactive in refilling the coffee to ensure guests had a fresh cup at all times - something you rarely see these days. The staff truly stood out. I do have one complaint, though. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the advertised car charger. When I arrived, I found out not only was it a paid service, but the cost was extremely high - unlike anything I’ve seen before. To make matters worse, it wasn’t even working. I’d strongly recommend either removing this feature from the hotel description or working with a different provider to offer a more reliable and reasonably priced option.
