Housekeeping knocked on our door, we said we would be leaving in a few minutes and they never came back, we had to go to the front desk for towels. The paper plates and plastic utensils at breakfast make it look like they are trying hard to be cheap. When we booked on Expedia it showed the pool open at 9 AM, when we get there it is 10 AM and kids waiting to get in. Good location and front desk staff tried to be helpful.

First room was disappointing

To start with, the young man at the desk was excellent...friendly, professional, and helpful. The first room we had did not have any electricity. We told the desk and the young man fixed the problem while we went out to eat. When we got back to the room we did have power, but then we discovered the bathroom sink was leaking all over the floor and the sofa was stained. After going back to the desk, the young man gave us another room, which was fine.

Rooms smelled like mold and when we asked for a refund bc we couldn't stay, the front desk clerk was rude and refused to give us a refund. The facility was dirty and several Google reviews stated the same moldy smell.
