Room was clean, but that was about all I could say for the positives. Girl checking us in said maybe 10 words max, “ID”, “card on file”, “click no, sign” and that was it. Go up to the room, which was clean, however the room was so loud overnight. Train horn blaring multiple times overnight. Empty room next door had an alarm set for 2:50am that went on for 5+ minutes straight multiple times until I finally got earplugs. I usually stay at the best western in Clayton and fully regret not spending the extra $10 to, it is more than worth it.
Also; there is no pool or hot tub and they have no plans to fix either, so they should really take it off their amenities list.
