It was clean, parking lot is good, plenty of space. Only issue was the female at the front desk couldn’t provide me with a receipt. She told me I had to get in touch with Expedia in order to get it, first time I heard of this. She wasn’t willing to help AND there was 4 of us with the same issue, she admitted this a common issue so maybe have a better solution for future guests.

A place for a short nap.
It was a short stay - a quick overnight on a road trip. It was a comfortable room. Only complaint was the very noisy heater unit. Also, there was nowhere to sit for the Continental breakfast and no coffee to be found.

Bare necessities
I booked 2 rooms, neither had hot water that evening for showers. The control on the water in one bathtub leaked, dripping all night. The same tub had dirt in it and a half used bottle of shampoo at the top of the shower. The rest of the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was minimal, waffles, fruit loops, or Raisin Bran. There was juice and milk but no coffee. It’s adequate.

The stay was quite good for a one night as we had chosen it as a pit stop. Breakfast was not of good quality. Expected better quality items like real butter and real cream cheese. Overall I am satisfied with the stay.

I called the office around 11 AM asking if a room is available and the person who answered said they won’t have rooms until about 2 PM is the earliest. When we arrived at 2 PM the young lady who got there to check in guests rudely said that she just got there and that the rooms were dirty and check in is at 3pm. There was a small picnic table in the back with trash in one of the planters. The breakfast was dirty for hours until the next day when we got breakfast it was cleaned. The room was clean thankfully but probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in process was bad, lady was gripping about having to clean rooms, my stay was for one night and she charged my card for two, she said I will get a refund. Room wasn’t very clean, my wife cleaned the bathroom for our use. We won’t stay there again, probably won’t stay at another Super 8 ever.

No staff during morning until 2 pm in case there was an issue with room; my room was very dirty-floor had not been cleaned since when? Shower curtain looked like it had blood stains on it, wall was severely peeling off in shower, there were cigarette butt hole burns in blanket on bed. Premises were dirty-vapes, beer bottle, and someother bottles, cigarette butts all around entryway. Breakfast bar dirty which made breakfast itself questionable. The juice dispenser was dirty, had not been cleaned or wiped off. I would like a refund or a credit for my room as what I paid for it was just not worth the room or service I received.

No coffee in lobby with breakfast, there was no soap in bathroom, there was only 1 towel in our room, the tv did not work, the fan in the bathroom did not work.

A good stay
I found the room clean and excellent. Breakfast was a hot waffle I made and cold cereal with milk. Juices and milk were available 24/7. The stay was acceptable for the price paid.
