Wonderful clerk — answered my questions, helped with ice; especially helped by getting me a room where my loaded bicycle could be rolled in. Wish breakfast were more elaborate, but it was exactly as advertised. 24 hour coffee was very nice

This was a nice place to stop for the night. The room was very clean and comfortable. There was no breakfast in the morning, which came as a surprise to me as I was told there Would at least be a limited option.

Well.... the only real disappointment was the smell of mildew as we opened the door which was shocking. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows did not look clean. Thankfully, I always bring my own pillow. They did have K cups in the lobby. So that was nice to have coffee. Whenever I wanted. The lobby was a nice place to play cards and hangout.

Nice large room with separate seating area. Everything worked. Heater was a bit over enthusiastic but worked well. Breakfast was basic, but its free which is great. Good place to put your head down while passing through or visiting the area

Great staff, room was overpriced and I was charged extra for my small dog. Which was never explained that I would be charged a extra fee for my dog on the Expedia website. I was informed that they had designated rooms for pets also not explained on website. My TV which had direct TV did not work. They did supply super hot coffee fresh fruit and muffins, cereal. That was nice 🙂. I just felt $133 for the room was not justified. Not a bad experience just won't stay again next time I pass through Cle Elum.

The lobby was clean (smelled like bleach when we walked in). Room was clean but there were hairs in the shower. Linens were worn and dingy looking but were clean. The blinds in the room despite to keep out the street lights and brightly lit gas station across the street. We kept the fan on to obscure the sound of traffic. The check-in staff was great.
