The front desk attendant was ok, no complaint there. But once you walked into the hallway, it smelled really bad! Everything is very old. The shower was clean, but everything else seemed dirty. The carpet in the room had lots of stains. I found a cockroach in the bathroom the morning we were checking out. The area around was ok, we got in late at night and didn’t feel unsafe. Thankfully we only stayed one night and didn’t really hang out there much. But I will definitely never stay there again.

The room was “nonsmoking” yet there was an ashtray and it smelled nasty. The towels were dirty. Requested new ones but we had to take the current ones to get “clean” ones. The phone did not work so I had to use my phone to call the 24 hour customer service. When I told them we needed clean washed towels I was told that they just needed to order new ones but management did not think it was necessary for that expensive. The room had crumbs under bed that were there since check in. The curtains did not close all the way. And there were bugs in the bathroom. I will never stay here again

Here for 81st DFW Guam Liberation day celebration. Great staff! Unique hotel with old school feel. Stayed on 3rd floor and water pressure was poor at the shower. Rooms could use new furniture and updates but overall clean and Unique.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. They went over and above to make sure my needs were met. I am a tea drinker, preservative-free and gluten-free, so there wasnt anything I could eat at the breakfast buffet.

Only one of the staff that work the front desk at night was helpful in any way shape or form the hotel maids did not clean the room every day and I stayed here almost a week and the daytime front desk person was very very rude and unhelpful in any way

I cannot believe there is a hotel that does not offer cups to drink out of. Also, no coffee maker? Why? Also, why do you have doors you have to manually open to get your luggage cart in and out?
