The hotel is located in the heart of the city. It has a lot of wood in it and that is just beautiful. The hotel does need some updating tho. Rooms were clean but the carpet and other areas were some worn. We were moved to another room because our TV di not work. The room we moved into was very nice, and looks like they have been trying to update . The poor lady that had to work the front desk, clean rooms, and do just about everything was very sweet but you could tell she had been cleaning all the rooms without help, so she was wearing a lot of hats and not complaining.

Very limited, dated but good location.

Very limited options in the room. Carpet in room was stained and sticky. No fridge and microwave is in the hallway with the ice machine. Towels are scratchy. 1 person working the counter and checking rooms meant the lobby rarely had someone there to help when we/anyone needed something. The breakfast was limited including coffee creamer.

Historic Hotel... no mini-fidge nor micowave.

I would have enjoyed it more if it had a refrigerator and microwave. After first night, room not cleaned. I asked front desk, they said i would have to ask daily to have room cleaned. Tv remote was lost.. we found it under the bed....also, it was very low on batteries... i had to go to front desk and get new batteries.

The hotel is very elegant and it’s just a pleasant place to stay. The customer service at the front desk is always welcoming. The hot water in the shower is wonderful and it’s just tip if the line and the price is very appealing. Thank you we had a wonderful time.

This is our TO GO HOTEL, its not our first time we stayed. And actually it is the only place we like in Cleburne , we have stayed at several places, but when we stayed at Liberty we were SOLD!!! This is the best one. One thing they need to have more breakfast items , but I highly recommend

The Continental breakfast was less than desired. A lot was missing such a butter, coffee creamer, jelly was sitting is icey water. The hotel is charming and has a ton of potential. Carpet is notably in need of shampooing. Comforters were dirty. The covered parking across the street was pleasantly unexpected. The staff was great! I would cautiously stay again due to the location and charm.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay. It’s an old building with beautiful architecture. And with old, beautiful architecture you get small rooms. The way our two-bed room was set up, only one bed could see the tv. And there was no fridge, in case you need it for storage. The curtains and bedding were a little frayed, but that’s just cosmetic. It was near everything we needed. I would stay there again.

History in Cleburne

It was a great state. A rep of mine that works at Maria stays there once a month and referred this hotel to me. I loved the history behind the hotel, in the overall appearance as a historic property.
