Absolutely wonderful stay in Auckland! We had the best time on our trip and the hotel staff was just lovely and so accommodating. Hotel is in a perfect location and very central to great restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the happy hour at the hotel restaurant and the view of the harbor from our room was fantastic. Rooms are gorgeous. We also did the Hobbiton tour and were picked up right in front of the hotel. Super convenient. Highly recommend a stay in beautiful New Zealand and this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, lovely staff, making for a pleasant stay. However, the room could benefit from some maintenance, as a few furnishings were in need of repair. The bathroom was also very small, with limited space—the toilet was positioned so close to the shower that my knees touched the shower glass while sitting. With a few improvements and more accurate representation of the rooms, the overall experience would be much better.
