The staff was very friendly, the building was clean and quiet. Our room was comfortable and clean. We mentioned a couple of minor maintenance items at check-out and the desk attendant said they would have them fixed immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Everyone we dealt with at the hotel was very nice. We reserved a handicap room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not handicap friendly. There was a shower chair and handrails in the shower and next to the toilet. The toilet however is NOT one that someone with a handicap can use easily. It is a regular size toilet and it sits far too low to the ground. This made it very very difficult for my husband to use. He needed help sitting down and getting up each time. We have used this hotel before he sustained his injury. Unfortunately this was probably the last time unless the rooms are upgraded.

This Best Western is a very comfortable hotel, the bed linens are clean and fresh. The bathroom is well stoced with towels, and the shower puts out hot water for a refreshing shower. The micro wave and refrigerator were clean. I did not have an opportunity to enjoy the pool. Thank you for a restful night.

Room smelled really bad. New room was slightly better. Staff didn’t apologize but acted as if we were crazy and tried to argue we booked that room. I insisted kindly to get a new room and they did give us one. Another gentleman complained that his shower didn’t work but they insisted that it sure did and never offered to male it right. All said, wouldn’t stay here again.

Outdated and not properly cleaned

The room was not up to standard for me to stay there. I’ve been to plenty of hotels but this one was so poorly taken care of. The lobby is updated but the rooms are outdated. The room I stayed in was 106. The light fixture on the wall was broken. There was food under the desk that wasn’t swept. There was something spilled on the rug that wasn’t cleaned up. The headboard had chips in it and something spilled on it that you could see from when the light hit it. The air conditioner made the room smell like mildew. The bathtub floor was dingy and the bottom of the hot tub was cracked. The microwave and underneath had food on it. It was not as clean as the main area was and it made me not comfortable with staying there.

Adequate accommodation close enough to somewhere I will return. However everything is suffused with the smell of stale cigarette smoke from the moment you open the front door and including the supposedly ‘non smoking’ room. The toilet seat in the room had a cigarette burn mark. I will not return
