Bathroom and room didn't look clean. Mold along the bottom of the shower. Toilet wash do loud to flush. The room above us sounded like they were in our bathroom flushing. No sound barrier. Wouldn't stay here again.

It’s okay at best for a single traveler on a budget not family friendly. The Beds are comfortable but the hallways reek of smoke. The building has aged and not been maintained to keep up with deteriorating infrastructure not to mention visual appeal. Note to self: spend a few twenties extra to avoid staying in Elyria.

The sraff were attentive and polite. The hotel was clean but very outdated. The lobby was small. It did have some seating. When we entered the hotel not only in the hall but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. I asked about the smell, all they said it was a smoke free hotel. The room was clean, needs to be updated. Especially the bathroom. The bathtub floor was so slippery I was afraid to move. The toilet leaked and there was water all over the floor. They couldn't fix the toilet because the man couldn't lift it by himself. I had to put a towel around the base to keep the flooor dry. The refrigerator wasn't cold, just cool. It couldn't be used.There was a large gap between the wall and heating/ cooling unit and the wall. You couldn't sit at the desk because it was so cold. The breakfast was ok. Scrambled eggs that were cold and rubbery. Cold potatoes that needed some color. The pancake were also cold and rubbery. The parking lot wasn't plowed very well. There were pilles of snow and ice up around the sidewalk. Making it hard to walk. One of the doors was unlocked. Obliviously didn't need your key to get in. Security risk.

Room had stains around everywhere very loud people next to us and whole area smelled of pot real bad where it got in the room. Had booked room for a week and left after one night. When I told staff about issues seemed like they just didn’t care. Would definite my money back
