no hair shampoo in shower room

The room didn't open, so I had to go down three times to get the key, and eventually changed rooms. Even so, the woman at the counter was very kind. Everything was good, but the shampoo bottle was empty when I showered, so I had no choice to use body soap. Other than that, everything was good.

nice clean

The building is old, but it has been updated and the shower is very nice. However, it was inconvenient because there was no bar soap which i useing and there was a little noise coming from outside. However, overall, it was good.

Great value and experience

My kids loved the pancake machine and the yogurt parfait bar. We had a breif stay, just sleep, eat, and go, as part of a long drive, so didn't see much of the hotel. Check-in was friendly and quick. Bed and bathroom were clean. Breakfast staff was friendly. Low price and right on our route. Was great!

I loved this place except for the outside door slamming constantly in the early am hours and 8 to 10 hours. Now, I was right next to the door to upstairs floor at the end of the hallway or it probably wouldn't have bothered me, but it woke me many times. Other than that the place was awesome! It was clean, great shower pressure and heat, well set up room and stocked plus it came with a little happy note from the cleaning staff that made me smile. The breakfast was good too, with a descent variety,

Could have been better

Beds are not queens but rather full sized. Bathroom door did not lock. Remote control doesnt work properly. Middle entrance door doesnt work to let you in with key card. AC didnt work well. I have stayed here before and the other room was great. This time, not so much.
