There was no maid service provided in the 3 nights we stayed, which meant no coffee pods or cups replaced, no trash removal, no clean towels. Also, one of the 2 elevators was out of service all 3 days making waits longer than normal to get to and from room.

Lots of black mold in shower. Bathroom fan didnt work. Rust on soap containers. Super small sink- unable to fit hands. Body hair on towels. Toliet didnt flush using the handle. Carpet and walls were dirty.

The overall stay was good but when we went to take our showers the body wash ran out before we all had a shower and shampoo ran out fortunately we had brought some with us in case so when i checked out this morning i let the front desk know and also i was disappointed that with the price of the room that breakfast was not included
