The lobby was clearly new and refurnished, but not so for the rooms, which looked like they hadn't been redone in a couple of decades. There weren't enough towels for 4 people on check in and it took 3-4 minutes for the water to get hot for each shower.

This place was terrible. Checked in online night before and rooms were still not ready until 4am. 12 hours after we physically arrived. The keys would not work. There was an entire lobby full of people in the same boat as us. Couldn't get into the room prior to our event and got ready in the women's restroom with 25 other women. The managers gave us no answers and onjy offered a 20% discount.

Terrible stay

Worst hotel stay ever!!! Checked in online the day be arrival, check it was at 3pm. We arrived around 345p, was told the room was not ready we would have to wait a little while. Waited an hour asked about the room again, was told there was 11 people in front of us to get a room and if would be a little while longer. Checked with the front desk again and was told the room was still not ready and there were still 4 people in front of us to get a room. We had to get ready for a concert in the lobby!!!!! It was absolutely ridiculous!!! After 2.5 hrs after check in we finally had a room. The elevator was rundown. The floor we were on looked like it hadn't been used it years. It was so dirty. Doors to rooms were knocked in or falling down. The smell was terrible. The bed in our room was hard. There is not one good thing about the disgusting hotel. I honestly dont know how it's still open. Oh and did I mention that we drive over 4 hours to get to Cleveland and we were LATE for a concert. Would definitely NOT recommend this hotel.

Absolute chaos. We arrived early and tried to check in early so we could get ready for the Morgan Wallen concert. We arrived around 3:20 pm. We were told our room would be ready in a “couple minutes.” We did not receive a room until 6:30 pm. The lobby was filled with people waiting for their rooms. We missed half the concert we spent $1200 on and still got charged the full amount for our room. No accommodations. Nothing to make it right. Worst hotel experience in my life and I will never stay at another Wyndham again.

Room had been poorly cleaned, if it was cleaned at all. Looks like the bed had been made and towels thrown in but that was about it. There were things in the fridge from last person, clothes from last person under the edge of the bed and a filthy towel thrown in with clean towel. No cups left for ice box and no trash bags put into trash can. Had to wait roughly 14 minutes for any hot water to come in the shower. The air seemed to be just barely cool despite turning it down low for the night. Overall poor experience. Pool was out of service as well which should have been displayed on website. Was just in town for a concert and was rushing at check in and check out, didn’t even bother wasting my time to complain at customer service. 0/10, would expect much more for a $300 a night hotel.

It took us 40 minutes to be able to get into our room. The keys did not work. Finally after 4 different trips they were able to get the door open. If you wanted hot water you had to wait a good amount of time for it to warm up. But the beds were comfortable.

This is relatively old hotel close to the airport and convenient. Problem is facilities appear worn and in need of renovation. My room showed hairs on some of the towels as well as the toilet seat. I tried to take a shower, but there was no hot water. After five minutes I took a tepid shower. For such a rundown hotel, their prices were quite high. Would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing felt clean, we had sticky stuff on the carpet, washcloths had stains on them, rooms and hallways smelled funky, brown stained finger prints around the bathroom, the mini fridge had crusty spills in it. We overheard a guest next to us say they found food in their room and clothing from the previous person upon their check in. Our toilet was clogged and wouldn’t flush properly. After about 5 minutes in the shower, it was ice cold at 7am. Same issue the night before around 2am, I would assume that is not prime shower time for many. The neighborhood and surrounding businesses were pretty sketchy. We were in town for Morgan Wallen, so all the hotel prices were jacked up. Definitely not worth the price for our stay at this hotel.

Unfortunately, this property needs attention and remodeling. The shuttle service to the hotel took longer than 20 mins to come leaving me standing out in the heat. I ended up getting picked up by my friend. The lobby men’s bathroom was out of order. The pool was closed not clear as to why. The hallways smelled like someone had smoked. The room on first glance was ok, but we soon tripped over the lumps in the floor. The wood sliding door to the bathroom requires two hands and strength to move to close and open. Then after closing it I got locked in cuz the locking mechanism got stuck, so we could not close the door all the way. The toilet did not flush properly so had to hold it down longer. None of the room phones worked neither did the clock. They only put one towel set in the room that has a double bed room. When I called from my cell phone for more towels the lady at the front desk told me that there were no towels in the hole hotel. When I asked if she was joking she rudely hung up on me. Later the towels were kindly delivered by Brian. This was not a great experience at all, and my parents were staying with me. The manager Bri gave me a 20% discount but I feel that more needed to be done.

Bad area of the city. Watched a druggie tackled and arrested in gas station parking lot near hotel. Chose hotel juat on the long term parking only to find when we were there there had been multiple (severe) car breakins in the past two weeks. Ended up having to pay $200 more to park at airport. Hotel was outdated, at least two of the elevators didn’t function, pool and hot tub both closed. On a positive, person behind desk was nice.
