Burned mattress
I booked a double bed, room. I was told they only had a room with a bed and pullout couch. When I arrived to the room, I realized the pullout couch had burn stains on the mattress and no bedding for it. I used the texting service to ask for bedding with no response. After an hour I called front desk for bedding and the bedding didn’t arrive to the room for 2 more hours.

This was the worst stay I have ever had booking through Expedia. I am a Wyndham property owner and am embarrassed that this was a Wyndham property! Very disappointed and ashamed. The room looked like it was under construction. No blankets toilet paper and room looked like it wasn’t cleaned in weeks.

I had rented two rooms the first room had no TV in it or hot water the second room TV didn't work hot water did not work they moved the room downstairs and the room that they moved them to was occupied by another tenant if nothing else I would like a refund
