I will never stay here again! It was a horrible experience… not sure what happened to this place but this was my favourite place at one time and now it has literally gone down the drain…. This will be my last stay!

The front desk, house keeping & breakfast staff were all great. Shower pressure was excellent. Room was kept well. Common areas and the lobby areas can be kept cleaner.

This hotel was disgusting. Our bed had multiple blood stains on theatres and liens. Hand prints on walls and smelled like awful. The internet didn’t work and there were holes in the ceiling obviously needing repairs.

Unauthorized use of credit card!

I booked through this site and selected pay at property. We drove 3 hours to get there went to check in and was told my reservation was cancelled. I asked why and I was told they ran my card prior to me being at the property and it was declined so my reservation was cancelled. I’m not sure why they used my card without my permission or without me present but it’s fraud. We then tried to book another room there and they tried to charge me $50 more for a new reservation.

Fraud

Hotels.com stole money from my account and would not return it. Comfort Inn Cleveland would not answer the phone for a period of 6 hours. These are fraudulent companys. Run away!
