Not like it used to be :(
I said here with my Mother a few years ago. It was great then but im not too sure what has changed over the years. The convience to the theaters is great but is no longer a clean space to stay. There was a hole in the fitted sheet, the bathroom wasnt very clean. The drain in the sink was just sitting in the sink so my husband placed it on top of the counter and the drain had hair just globbed in it. The water pressure in the shower is nonexistent. The towels/washcloths had stains on them. The lighting in the room is also very dim. We will be choosing another hotel next time.

The staff were so unfriendly. we literally got shoved out of the way by a housekeeping lady at breakfast. the front desk staff were not friendly/welcoming at check in. breakfast was a picked over/unstocked disappointment. parking was a nightmare.

We love to stay at this hotel when visiting our son at Cleveland State. It’s very convenient and easy to get to. Staff is always accommodating and friendly. The beds are extremely comfortable. Always a great night sleep.

Busy night in Cleveland. Our room was tight for three people and three beds. Parking was also tight in a small lot.
