Excellent staff very helpful!! The property was well maintained. The breakfast was much better than I expected, many food and drink choices, and a staff member to keep the area clean!

The bathroom was filthy! The toilet and shower were dirty. There was hair in the shower on the walls and floor. It looked like dead skin on the soap dispenser in the shower, and the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned.

Check in took forever because nobody was there. The elevator wasn’t working, had to carry luggage up to the third floor after driving 4.5 hour to get in town. Towels were on the floor when we walked in the room.

I had a handicap room. The bed was almost on the floor. The toilet was very low. I had difficulty getting in and out of the bed. Also it was very difficult to get on the toilet and to get off the toilet. There was no staffing other than the person at the front desk. My relative asked where was there public restroom and was told that there is not one. I would not stay at this hotel again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
