I stayed 3 nights. There was no soap upon checking in so I had to go down to front desk to get some. No problem. Night 3 the bathroom ceiling was leaking into toilet. Upon waking up, floor in the bathroom was totally wet due to constant dripping overnight. I could not use the toilet due to constant dripping on my head. So gross. I told the front desk upon checking out before 9 am because I was so grossed out. No manager or maintenance on duty yet on a SATURDAY! Aren’t the weekends the busiest time for hotels?? You would think! So gross. I definitely want a refund, but there was no manager to express this. Won’t stay at comfort inn again!

Power out
Our are had been struck by tornados. Unprecedented power outages. The staff had not been home or rested in at least 36 hours yet they WERE AMAZING!!!! Naomi at the front desk and the manager on duty. They were so helpful and kind even though you could see how tired they were. Customer service at its finest.

In the second half of our 72hr stay the hotel was without power for 30hr due to a tornado nearby. During the outage the staff's response to this inconvenience was acceptable. I said to front-desk that while the outage was not their fault I had a an expectation for full service and was looking for an adjustment to our rate. Front-desk agreed but their GM had to approve. The GM was not available before we left and was told she'd contact me within the next day. She did not. I opened a case with Expedia to request an adjustment from the hotel. The hotel did not respond to any type of requests in the next 4 days so nothing got done there. The lack of response from the hotel on this matter is very disappointing. Hence that is the reason I left a poor review We will be avoiding this hotel in the future.
