The property is older, but in decent shape. My room had plumbing issues, the staff tried to fix the issue, but it was not easily solved. They did seem like they would be responsive before the next guest checked in for the night.

I loved everything. A suggestion though would be to put grab bars up in the tub/showers. It does get a little slippery and those would definitely help getting in and out.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the past couple of years because our daughter and grandson live in Brunswick. Check in was unusually frustrating because the front desk said that they had no reservation for us. I had made the reservation about 2 weeks prior thru Hotels.com on line. It turned out that the hotel's card with Hotels.com had been declined. It was straightened out and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Free oatmeal raisin cookies and free popcorn! The room was very spacious and clean, but it was a King bed suite, not 2 Queen bed suite that we had reserved. We didn't address it. We're not a fan of the shower in the room. It's like a 3/4 glass shower wall with no door. The shower head had one adjustment, but we couldn't reduce the water velocity. The water hit your skin so hard and it splashed out of the shower area onto the floor. So we used extra towels to soak up the water on the floor. After the shower we could smell sewage that apparently was coming from the drain or the toilet. We couldn't tell which. Overall the staff was very friendly and accomodating and the property was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous too.

The hotel is great. Wonderful staff and service. It is located near lots of restaurants and a grocery store. This location heavily depends upon ride share or your own vehicle to get to the major city. Everything in the city is a 20 minute drive from this hotel.

The hotel was booked solid Jul 19 2024 with a soccer team/teams. The kids partied all night- up and down hallways, etc. chaperones did nothing, hotel did nothing.
