Hot Tub is broken which is advertised on the app. The ac unit we was far away from the bed in the corner bad to set the thermostat to 62 to make it comfortable. Other than that it was nice

The room was not that clean. Hair in the sink, hair in the shower, and dirt marks on the floor. I’ve stayed in much cleaner Marriott properties, so I was slightly disappointed. I think this whole hotel suffers from a case of lacking maintenance. We had problems with the door lock to our room as well.

The property wasn’t bad but I asked for my room to be cleaned my 2nd day. I was told they do it every other day 🙄. So I requested fresh towels and they came and half made the beds. Ok, so the next day they came and cleaned the room and remade the bed with dirty sheets. They felt gritty too!!! The bathroom floor was dirty from day one. The location was great and it wasn’t a bad hotel… the customer service was my issue. Their phone was the only concern they had…
