Fine to stay, eat elsewhere.

Room was fine, but two of the three elevators were out of service. Would have been fine, but I felt ill after eating at the hotel restaurant. Probably should have taken the hint that the hotel was fully booked but the restaurant was nearly empty.

Ebony and her husband who work the front desk is absolutely rude. When we came in on Friday the pool wasn’t available but it literally says pool access. So Saturday I went downstairs and ask front desk was it open, the very kind staff told us that it hasn’t work since she worked there (which later we found out she’s been there for three weeks). She later called me said it was fixed and will open at 6pm. Took our kids down there at 6pm and was told another hour. Went down there at 7pm and the water was freezing. I called down there and Ebony said it’s open what do you me to do. I said maybe we should be accosted because we been here since yesterday with no pool and now it’s cold and the main reason we booked was to swim. She started saying she couldn’t do nothing about it so I informed her I would reach out to corporate. In the mist of this we are walking up the stairs because only one elevator works so it takes 10minutes to get in it, we come in contact with her husband who is the transport person. And he states, “be careful it’s a sex offender running around the hotel showing himself to everyone!” Remind you it’s a basketball tournament going on with ALOT of kids I mean thousands of kids who are staying at these surrounding hotels. The overall experience was absolutely horrible and I’m not one to usually complain but to be treated so terribly is crazy.

Crowded and understaffed airport hotel

I booked this hotel for an overnight stay before an early flight. Check in took about an hour with only 1 person at the front desk trying to check in 100 angry people waiting in line. Her attitude was great, though so kudos to her. 2 of the 3 elevators were out of service, so had to climb up two stories with luggage. The room was below average size, and beds were uncomfortable. It is a popular one I guess because you can park and fly there. If you don't have such intentions, avoid.

Pictures aren’t accurate with the hotel . The view nothing about this hotel . Fake pictures about views . Hotel smell not good., carpets with stains . Cleanliness is so bad.Elevator with many issues and the room with many broken doors and bathroom sink broken . Maintenance in this hotel is so poor and so old nothing about pictures it’s according to the reality.

The hotel was convenient for a stip enroute to Chicago from Maryland. Pool could have been a bit warmer. Staff was VERY nice. A cute bar in the basement and Becky was an excellent host.

Love the Crown Plaza!

We stay at this Cleveland hotel when we have an early flight out of the CLE airport! They offer a free shuttle to the airport! The hotel is absolutely 5 star! Clean, beautiful rooms, awesome bar and restaurant! Lotoya, the bartender is soooo awesome! Such a pleasure to be served by her!!

I booked this place for several reasons including the gym. When I got there the gym was closed and could not be used. Elevators were broken. The heating system was stuck on 75 and when lowered the temp on the thermostat it would switch back to 75 which is too warm for sleeping. The heating system was very noisy (made loud noises all night long). The smoke/CO sensor has a very bright light flashing all night further making it difficult to sleep.
