Great stay on a HOT July 4th weekend.

I had a great stay here! The room was clean and cool - and with temps in the low 90s, it was nice to have A/C that was up to the task. I was happy to be able to be able to check in a little early. This is in a great location for the Playhouse Square area as well as just being a ten minute walk to Progressive Field. The staff provided cold water in the lobby for guests which was really nice when coming in from the heat. This was not the fault of the hotel staff, but guests came back late from the baseball games and let their children run through the hallways screaming. I understand being excited, but at 11:30pm, it was a little too much. The valet service was quick and easy.

The location and staff were great. Had much higher expectations for the room cleanliness. Trash cans in the room didn’t have bags in them and the bottoms of them were dirty. Dirty tissues under the bathroom vanity.
