You get what you pay for! The carpet in the room was filthy. The whole place is run down but it was the cheapest option and I slept well.

This place needs some serious restructing ASAP! Lemme list everything wrong: -the parking lot is full of deep ass potholes! -the remote for the small ass TV did nothing but turn it on and off. Could not select any channels at all -the bathtub looked old, looked like it had been cleaned but years and years of use there was still some dirt in the tub -when I arrived for check in, no one was at the desk. I had to look for the person for about 5 minutes. Come to find out they were the only person on the clock.this told me she was spread too thin. -breakfast virtually non-existent. Chatting with the employee during the checkin was efficient and they had a good sense of humor. This was the only pleasant part of my stay. While the price was cheap (guess I got what I paid for), I will not stay there ever again and I don't recommend this place at all.

Hotel smells terrible. Overall condition is very bad. Needs a complete remodel. Junk piled up behind reception desk. Hallways are dark and depressing. But bed was comfortable and front desk staff were kind.

The neighborhood in which the hotel is located is very nice, thus the temptation to book a room there. However, the hotel itself was terrible. I ended up leaving after minutes of getting there. The hotel is very unfriendly. The first sign we saw was that the management was not responsible for the safety of our vehicle. Next, the reception desk was about five feet tall, and I could barely see the receptionist ( I am not tall myself, so that made it very uncomfortable). The hotel looked unkept, and when we entered the room, was like we entered a storage room - once a bedroom. At first sight, there was a big round mirror just left on the floor, the bed looked in disarray, with one mattress pointing in a different direction than the frame. The ruffles were not straight, the sheets not changed ( or not pressed, but most likely not changed, because they were stained on the pillow cases), the smoke alarm was yanked out of the wall. No amenities of any kind. So, I was very disappointed. I should have read the reviews before booking the room, but I was in a hurry and made my assessment based on the neighborhood, pictures, and my previous experience with Days Inn and Windham. However, this hotel was not at all representative of these names.

I’ve stayed in Days Inn motels across the county and this is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in.. paint coming off the walls, doors that didn’t close properly, the front door to the room had trim falling off, cigarette burns on the bedding, bed as hard as a rock, broken hair dryer, broken toilet paper dispenser, the entire place smelled like cigarettes and bleach, rude receptionists, grass growing to my knees outside the motel, and drug addled people everywhere around the property. This place is not for the feint of heart, I cannot believe Wyndham/Days Inn put their name behind this place.. I would sleep in my car before I stayed here again. Shame on the Ohio Department of health for not shutting this place down.

This hotel was disgusting and dirty. We were misled and ended up sleeping in our car - I really can’t believe this is a hotel that Expedia would actually recommend. So unsanitary and I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here.

Do NOT believe a single online photo for this place. City Violations Notice on front door. Homeless person with shopping cart at front door. Drive and parking lot are potholes and overgrown weeds. Outside paint peeling off, overgrown weeds everywhere. Main "lobby" filled with smokers and it smelled like a warehouse of full ashtrays. Unsafe, you bet. Filthy with no upkeep, you bet. Front door with reinforced lock plate from where it was likely kicked in, you bet. Don't fall for the "Lakewood" location, it is NOT typical of Lakewood, OH. Could I bring myself to stay one night, "Nope!", and I'm typically okay with inexpensive minimalistic motels/hotels. Booked another hotel immediately.

Nothing was clean. The building itself looks so worn down, I thought I was at the wrong place. I thought Days Inn was supposed to be a good hotel. The lobby looked like they grabbed random furniture off a curb and brought it in to fill the lobby space. The hallway was dark and grody, and the floors creaked the whole way down the hall from the cracked wood floors. I just got done from a long car ride and had to use the bathroom, I go to the bathroom to find a half used roll of toilet paper that was wet just sitting on top of the towels, the toilet roll holder was broken and there was no extra toilet paper in there, i went to the front to ask for a new roll, which they literally keep the box right next to them (I'm assuming because they're used to this). The floor was absolutely disgusting (i literally took my socks off and threw them away because i didn't feel comfortable putting my feet back in my shoes after walking on that carpet). The chair had crumbs in it. The tub had stains in it. It smelled horrendous. After reading a recent review about bedbugs & roaches, I got so scared to sit down on the bed, every speck made my skill crawl. I was there max 15 minutes and went back to the front desk to give them my key, they didn't bother asking why, didn't even seem surprised, just took it and said "okay", I asked about a refund and was told to request it through the Expedia app and they're still waiting on a response from the hotel manager and it's been 3 days.
