This place needs to be condemned. We couldn’t even stay, it was so disgusting/dirty/unsafe/unprofessional. First we got keys that didn’t work, then they sent us to a room WITH SOMEONE IN IT, then they put us in a room without a lock on the door. Lastly, they kept my id and credit card when I said we could not stay there. This place is the dirtiest place I have ever seen in my entire life. The whole building should be destroyed.

Scary movie

The outside was looking very scary someone had shorts handing out the window the room was very dirty there was black mold on the ceiling in the shower there was a pill on the floor in th closet there was no iron no blow dryer the room was very dirty no clock to tell time was hard to use key tag to get in the room was the worst stay of my life look like something out of a scary movie! There was some brown stuff on the toilet tissue there was blue stuff on the towels honing to reach out for a full refund

The hotel itself it’s very dirty and very outdated. The carpets are very dirty and inside the brooms you can tell they don’t put any effort in the property and the rooms. I definitely will never stay again here.

Tired hotel past its prime in need of a lot of maintenance. Many window screens out of the windows and laying in the yard. Parking loft full of potholes, weeds knee high. Room was clean enough. Lights didn't work...on one, the switch was missing. No alarm clock or refrigerator in room. No mention of ice machine. No ice bucket or cups anyway. Got only conditioner, no shampoo. Floor of bathtub was squishy. No breakfast, or even coffee offered. The hallways were disgusting, muddy and footprint tracked, littered with trash, including cigarette butts, a cigar butt, and a used bandaid! Broken pieces of furniture and used mattresses were stacked in the hallway. My husband asked to see the room, and at least the bed seemed clean. I tried to get a room elsewhere, but what was available was either too far away from the hospital or way out of our budget. We needed a place near the Lutheran Hospital, as I had surgery scheduled for the next morning, and we have very little knowledge of the city. While we didn't pay a premium price for the room, the picture on the site appeared acceptable. However, it was far from. We felt confident when we saw that it was Days Inn, by Wyndham that it would be satisfactory, but we won't make that assumption again. I think this franchisee needs attention, or you may want to reconsider putting your name on this property.

Looked to be low income housing for homeless. Room was filthy, check in area filthy with what appeared ti be black mold around all the air vents and on ceiling and walls. Room that was reserved was not available. Carpet was so gross in the room that we took a loss and did not stay. Also only 1 towel and no toilet paper in room. Do not stay here!

Lakewood Days Inn Wyndham a huge disappointment

I booked a room at The Lakewood Days Inn Wyndham through Hotels.com based on previous stays at other Wyndham properties. Unfortunately, upon arrival we found this particular property is rundown, the lobby and check-in areas are marginal at best in cleanliness and furnishings. I explained to the desk clerk we were not comfortable staying there and why. She replied she completely understood. For $258 for 2 nights we expected something decent, but found it subpar. The manager refused to refund any of our money, even a partial refund. I would not recommend.

dont stay here. this place is gross, the pictures are probably from 10 years ago. the girl at the front desk clearly doesnt want to be there and is vert curt, the countertop was sticky, the floors were sticky and dirty, the bathtub had literal dirt all over the bottom, the bed was uncomfrotable, the pillows were lumpy, the place has clearly not been upkept and the parking lot was ful of huge potholes. place smelled of frat house in the 70s. overall a really bad experience and not impressed for the price even if it was under $100. spend the extra 30 bucks and stay somewhere else

Have never stayed in a hotel room so bad. Carpet hasn’t been vacuumed, toilet seat doesnt fit toilet, plaster repair on wall not painted, who knows what is on the ceiling, 2 lamps between beds but only one has a light bulb in it, sheets are dirty, large pot holes in parking lot, one at least 6” deep. Unbelievably disgusting

This was the most extraordinarily awful experience I have ever had. It looked nothing like the pictures. The hallways were dark and littered with trash everywhere. There was a bag o trash next to my nightstand, the shower had hair and stains in it and a used washcloth, the bathroom had a soaking wet pair of boxer briefs and there were napkins everywhere. The sheets clearly were not clean. This place should be shut down.
