Poor service, lots of cigarettes and trash in parking lot, outside pool area looked a mess, our room didn't have a working smoking alarm and we reported it, they never addressed, stained blankets had to request new ones, furniture was scratched and damaged, short staffed and long check-in time and pool didn't look clean.

This was such a nice property when a Doubletree, but now is in such a state of disrepair/perpetually "under construction." It seems like it is stuch half way between the transition of the two brands, half the first floor is closed and more and more of the facility is showing serious and concerning wear. My room was totally clean and acceptable for one night. Still, the lamp shade was damaged, another light showed rust and the sink didnt drain. The price was crazy good, but as someone who has stayed here many, many times over the years, the current state is very sad to see. You almost wonder if there are new owners and they just ran out of money.

Busy wknd with all the motorcyclists in town for an event and they only had 1 person working. I stood in line for almost 20mins before leaving & deciding to try again later. Came back later in the evening and still stood in line for more than 30mins waiting to be checked in. Still was just the 1 female trying to check in everyone, answer phones & answer questions from guest who were already checked in.

Gross!

Check-in took over an hour; the system went down at one point, some people's reservations were lost. The manager showed up to help reboot the system, but left without helping the overwhelmed checkin clerk with the dozen people waiting for rooms (or help with the lost reservations.) Worst of all, in my room the sheets had obviously not been changed! I slept on the couch.

Staff was very helpful but not enough of them to make check-in efficient. The upkeep and condition of the hotel was terrible. Garbage in the parking lot and outside garbages were full of garbage and never changed out the whole day. One elevator barely worked and didn’t go up.

The stay was good. Close enough to downtown where is wasn't a bad Uber ride (if you could get one). It was an easy check in since I did pre check in. Perfect if you are going to a concert but don't want to pay downtown prices.

The stay was fine. The poor receptionist was the only person working to check people in during a weekend with a Morgan wallen concert. Shame on Wyndham for that. She handled it great and did everything she could to get people checked in quickly.

This property is currently under a major renovation; much needed but not disclosed prior to booking. Room HVAC unit filters had not been cleaned in a year, DISGUSTING. I cleaned them myself so we could breathe clean air. Apparently no working vaccuum cleaners on site. Property is in recovery w/ rebranding from a reputation of attracting undesireable "guests" who woulkd abuse the amenities. No coffee available after 9:30am (???)
