Had the worst experience ever . Staff was rude. No wash rags to was up with during are stay . Had to wash up with hand towels. The assistant manager was very rude. You had to have bands to used the pool area .

Noisy and there was only 2 towels. At some points we didn't feel safe due to the faul mouths next door. Didnt have an area to print boarding passes doenstairs. No free breakfasts. Dont recommed staying here.

Hotel was kinda dirty check in time was a very long wait due to it only being one employee at the front desk elevators were dirty inside the hallways were filled with towels all thru the hallway

Biggest problem was having fire alarms going off at 2:30 in the middle of the night and having to evacuate because of people smoking on the fourth floor. Also, rooms are just loud with people slamming doors constantly along the third floor. So pretty frustrating stay.

Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. As a customer, I would have liked my room key to open the gym. But, the front desk staff had to let me in. Overall it was a good experience.
