The first room they gave me the keys didn't work, then they moved me to another room, the key didn't work, front desk called on walkie for maintenance, no response, the last and final room front desk went to ceck, key worked, i decided to stay another day, due to unforeseen circumstances, the communication with stagg and mgmmt sucks wen i got there, my key didn't work, got to room to take a bath, hot water was extremely hot

It was awful. Under construction yes but still a terrible stay. Dustball over the room. Water leaks in room. No shower pressure.

While they were in the process of renovating, we were in the back of the hotel on a floor where all of the baseboards were pulled up and it just seemed dark. There were 3 elevators but only 1 was working and the walk to our room, including the elevator smelled of cigarette and Marijuana. The pull out couch in our room was extremely uncomfortable for the kids to sleep on.

It was a okay stay for the night just to much noise in the morning I had kids under 3 n they couldn’t go back to sleep I know yall was remodeling next door to us and the twins couldn’t go back to sleep and. Yall didn’t have any ice on the third floor or second floor and I wasn’t gone tote any kids at 1 in the morning for ice but it was an okay stay for the night

Expedia called this a 4 star but it’s more like a 2 star. Interior looks and feels like it hasn’t been updated since the 1980’s. Common areas are worn down and falling apart. Dirty carpets, dirty curtains, paint falling off the walls. The lobby looks nice but once you get to the elevators the hotel downgrades to the point that you wonder how this can be associated with Hilton. Big disappointment.

Nothing at all, the beds were terrible. I am now having back pains and my hip hurts. Had a smell in the room. Just wasn't the cleanest place. Look like the ceilings were out due to construction. The elevators didn't work half the time in one area, causing you to have to take a long walk thru what seemed to be construction. Didn't look safe to even walk in. Cookies weren't prepared because of short staff. One of the many reasons to stay here. Just not a Double Tree that I would ever stay or recommend. Lady at front desk was fairly new told me the price of the room was different than what was on my initial itinerary. Only to find out that I wasn't really charged that rate. She couldn't find me in the system and she needed help with finding me. In which caused me to get a little frustrated. The person helping her was very helpful. I would so call this a Dollar Tree stay.

Nice hotel lobby area but all of the floors are torn up from remodeling. It was very unsightly. I wonder why they didn't do one floor at a time to avoid us having to see the yuckiness on our floors. It was not appealing at all!
