We had room 423. Room was decent and clean. Bed was comfy. Our issue was that there was no lotion or body soap in dispenser. Tried calling down to front desk and was busy. Walked all the way down there. After a 5 min wait I was told to write my issue on a piece of paper and someone will attend to it which they never did. Other than that inconvenience I would recommend. Maybe short staffed I get it. But ignoring a guest issue isn’t cool

The whole place was dirty, there were mystery stains on every surface. There was hair all over the bathroom, and the curtains were very stained and gross. There was a group of people partying next door and they were loud and vulgar and kept messing with my door. Do not stay here!

Our first room was on the smaller side which was fine since it was just two of us however the air conditioner in the room wasn't working and the fridge didn't seem to be very cold either. There was also water dripping from the ceiling in the bathroom after we took showers but it was i the corner on the opposite side of the shower so I'm not sure what that was about. Maintenance came up and reset the ac but after about an hour it still wasn't working so we switched to a different room. The second room was better than the first in that it was slightly bigger and the ac worked great! The staff was down to earth and helpful. Both rooms were clean. We would stay there again.

We were very disappointed in our stay. The bathtub was clogged up. We couldn’t shower for a very long. The ice on the fourth floor did not work nor did the elevator closest to our room where we were told was working and running on the way down as to check out I got stuck in the elevator, along with five other people and a little girl Very disappointed in this day. I will never be staying at this hotel again considering it’s been. I’ve stayed there before completely different and totally ran down.

There’s signage on the floor sending guests to a ‘vending area’ yet there’s nothing vending. I went to two different floors to find an ice machine that actually dispensed ice. Otherwise, the rooms was nice and it was clean. Though I waited for a bit at the desk for someone to check me in, it went well and the front desk person was pleasant.

three night stay

my 8 year old and I stayed for three nights the end of March. check-in was very easy and the staff was friendly. our room was fine and the bedsheets seemed clean. the pillows, however, smelled musty. there were spider webs and layers of dust in every 'hard to reach spot' showing it was only ever 'surface cleaned'. I wiped down the sink and faucet when we got there because they were gross. the pool was freezing and cloudy. we had to use the skimmer to get out giant hairballs everytime we used it our room wasn't cleaned the second day and I had to hunt down clean towels and deal with a full garbage. the room has a fridge and microwave which were very useful. they had free parking and a large lot. with a few updates and a good cleaning the hotel would be amazing.

Though your website indicated cribs were available, they were not and since the rooms were non-refundable, our baby slept on the floor. There was no shampoo. Very little hot water. Weird toilet.

Dirty. Room smelled, carpets were very dirty. One of the down blankets must have been dried too hot and the feathers inside were hard and crusty. So uncomfortable. Chewed up gum stuck to nightstand table. Bathroom felt dirty as well. Housekeeping never refilled shampoo, conditioner, body wash or tissues/kleenex containers. Barely was enough of the soaps left for 1 person. Only 2 towels for a double bed room for 4 people.... Grout was falling out of tile in shower and looked to have mildew/mold. Staff was unprofessional, complaining to guests. Pool was unwelcoming, messy area, cold pool water. My kids were in for 5 mins and gave up.
