Wouldn’t Stay Again

The hotel is older, room was humid and sticky upon arrival, air conditioner was not efficient, had mold on the shower tiles. Requested new towels at the counter and was told house keeping would bring them, never received.

Terrible stay. Arrive to check in around 6:30pm, after driving 5.5 hours, and my room wasn’t ready. So the front desk lady allowed us to swim until it was ready, in which she said 30 minutes. Time passed and the room still wasn’t ready, so we ended up leaving to get food.

I liked this hotel.

Only complaint. Put trash can in hallway and they emptied it and didn’t put a new trash bag in. Bar staff excellent, food excellent. Staff friendly and informative.

The restaurant hours are terrible, they didnt have water for sale for 2 days, housekeeping never cleaned my room when I requested it. The hot tub was not accessible the whole time, they had it blocked off? It was clean enough and not bad for the price but if you are an avid traveler and live out of hotels like me it is not worth your time.
