Our stay at the Drury Inn was excellent! The manager Charles went above and beyond to accommodate us and we truly appreciated him! Will be back to the Drury Inn again if we return to the Cleveland area.

Every staff member we encountered was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They all had smiles on their faces. The room and property in general was clean and inviting. Due to our schedule, we were only able to partake in the breakfast and it was AMAZING! Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever experienced. Will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, hotel is in a quiet area, though that may change as it looks like there may be construction soon. Breakfast and dinners were good plus you can walk across the parking lot to a combination winery& restaurant or the brewery and restaurant...both were excellent.

Excellent condition and amazing service

I was very happy with this stay. The hotel was extremely clean and well maintained/modern. While it wasn't cheap, I was very happy with all the amenities, and I think maybe I paid a premium for a busy travel weekend. Also, free pop in the lobby! The staff offered us plates for or pizza (which was very nice). Very family friendly.

We loved that every evening, my kids could get free popcorn and drinks from the lounge. The hotel was well-maintained and kept. We had an incident with our daughter's retainer getting thrown away by housekeeping while we were out of the room. The evening front desk wasn't very helpful when I called down, but the manager I spoke with the next day was, and refunded us a night to offset the cost to replace the retainer. We will be in this area every 3-4 months for medical appointments and would stay here again.
