This place is excellent! Lots of amenities close by. A quick Uber to downtown. Very clean. Lots of parking. Every staff member was so helpful and friendly. My only issue, is I would’ve like to have had an in-room safe, otherwise, thank you for a perfect stay! I don’t know if I will ever be back in Cleveland, but if I ever am, I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful, very clean, quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff including front desk, during meals, & housekeeping. I liked the security of having to use room key to enter the premises after a certain time. The breakfast & evening "kick back" had a lot of options & the food was very good. My only minor complaint was on Saturday morning, the doors were closed almost 15 minutes before the stated closing time which meant we couldn't access even cold items or fruit. Other than that, I truly enjoyed my stay & will return.

Some concerns on 1st Drury stay.
Great location. Our room was not made up or cleaned at all while we there. Not sure if this is the policy for a 2-night stay, but we were a bit surprised. Our shower/tub had a climb of long hair stuck on the wall. Quite off putting. Also the tub drain was not draining and needed to be wedged open while showering.
