the beds very tooo small (not queen as they claimed) the morning breakfast was amess and the doors to teh bathroom wont shut , on the positive note the crew were very friendly , wish teh management and the property was better.

So we had a recent stay at the Embassy Suites in Beachwood, OH. The staff at the front desk were lovely. Received and helpful! The condition of the hotel is really terrible. Everything from the carpeting from the front door to the ends of the halls and into the rooms felt dingy, so dirty and worn. The lighting in the rooms horrendous, the condition of the rooms terrible. EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE RENOVATED!! It was truly disgusting in our opinion! I had to take the utensils from a very quick little breakfast before a family event into the bathroom on the ground floor and wash them for myself and my husband who has a medical condition. So back to the room - the sheets on the pull out were stained - we got a fresh set - the safe did not work, there was just this very general feel of old and worn. Nothing felt terribly clean. I am sorry to say I will never stay in one again and hope that Hilton puts some reel $$$$$ into the place. There's lots of competition around the area.

Food was awful. Didn’t replace our towels. Went to front desk to replace and was told they were out. Room big but dingy. No cups of any kind. Had to go to front desk for paper cups. No remote for tv. Stolen or missing but no replacement. Never ever again.

Tornado 🌪 caused computer problems
They were having computer problem due to a tornado a couple of days earlier. Check-in took over half-hour. Complimary breakfast was better than most.

The property needs to be updated. My room was dirty with the bathroom floor not using been mopped, something was stuck to the living area table, i had several leaks in the room. The manager kept coming to my room throughout the night asking my name because the front desk person failed to register me in the room in the system. Horrible experience. I will never return to this location for a stay.
