Hotel itself was very modern spacious and clean. Great amenities gym heated indoor pool free wifi. Awesome breakfast buffet daily with made to order eggs & omelets Happy hour daily 5:30p-7pm with very good charcuterie board along with nachos & assorted party mix snacks. Two drinks per person w/premium liquors. Room was 1 bedroom king suite. Comfortable beds & ample space for 4 as sofa was a pullout. However, it could use some updating as there was no ventilation in the bathroom & the walls/ceiling were peeling. Front Desk Manager Deidre Taylor was amazing. She took care of us as soon as we stepped into the lobby. No wait & she expedited our check in by doing all the computer data while allowing us to partake in the hotels complimentary social hour. Ms. Taylor has an amazing demeanor & is pleasant & kind. She explained Hilton Honors Program to me & signed me up with ease. I spun the wheel & it landed on 15k. She also presented us with a welcome snack bag with waters chips & candy bars. Will definitely book at Embassy Suites again & recommend to family & friends.

They could do better.

Location great. Problems being the staff bordered on rude. I'm handicap and had a roll in shower. Water leaked everywhere and when we called for maintenance we were told to mop it ourselves. There wasnt a luggage cart to be found anywhere. Limited handicap parking, never did get a close spot. I'm generally tolerant, but i do have choices.

Very surprised that an Embassy Suites would be in this much in need of a face lift. So manybstains on the furniture and carpets in the room and when we opened the sofa-bed the stains on this were disgusting. We did not get maid service either. Needed more variety with the breakfast menu.

The hotel itself is great. Customer service and front desk... not so much. They were not helpful at all. WE did love the security guard that was on duty. He was willing to help us with whatever we needed. The front desk was very frustrating to deal with.
