I would have preferred to have the coffee maker kitchen utensils in my room. However, requesting them from the front desk did work out. Laundry worked really well and there were plenty of shops in the area. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay there again.

The rooms have been redone and they appeared clean. A good place for a short stay. Rates could be a tad lower since there are no real amenities. .

Many stray people outside wandering around drinking beer on the curb at the hotel property. Came back outside to walk to dinner and found one guy looking into the backseat of my car. So i drove it to dinner and came back later parked in another area. He was gone. I felt very uncomfortable. I emptied all my belongings from my car into the room. very inconvenient. Then to top it off no hair dryer. The room was recently redone and in good condition but unless i felt safer i wont be returning.

Not a trip at the Beach … in Beachwood Oh

This facility claims to be an extended stay facility. However, it is less than comfortable. The bed definitely is not even a queen size bed. The bedding and sheets were dingy. The bathroom surround l appeared to be spray-painted and was peeling. there was also an odor in the room. I attempted to apply a disinfectant spray in order to alleviate the aroma. My recent stay at your facility was less than desirable. As a frequent traveler, I have stated both high-end and lower end hotel facilities. This was probably one of the worst facilities. As it advertises itself as an extended stay facility, the amenities were lacking. I do understand that decisions are made based on economic precursors. However, this facility lacked the basic necessities of an extended stay. The room was outfitted with a small kitchenette however, the essentials such as paper towels, a trashcan, etc. were not present. The bathroom itself screamed of “DIY”remodeling. The bathroom surround appeared to be spray painted with some sort of epoxy paint, however, it was peeling. There were no toiletries available, such as the bare minimum of a lotion, shampoo, or conditioner. You are greeted with only two tiny bars of soap. This is less than desirable for someone who may be expecting the basic necessities of an extended stay facility. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by a pleasant African-American woman. She did an excellent job of checking us in.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The only thing that could have been better was cleanliness. There were a few pieces of what looked like dog kibble on the ground and there was some fur in the sink.

Bed was a bit soft but clean. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Fridge looked a little beat up but clean. Just nothing fancy but happy for all the cleanliness.

Property wasnt the best. First room tv didnt work, switched rooms. Sheets had stains, hand towels did too. Shower head was broken leaked and had to be held the whole shower. No counter space for belongings. The 1 staff member i did see was very helpful when i needed him.
