I stayed at The Fidelity for 9 days. It was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I can honestly say that my experience here was sheet perfection. I will definitely stay here again and have been raving about the hotel and their staff to my friends, family and associates. I wouldn't even consider any other hotel when visiting Cleveland.

I was intrigued by the decor and decided to give the hotel a try and I'm glad I did. Everyone was so nice. The room I stayed in was beautiful. And it was within walking distance of the restaurant I wanted to visit. Definitely will stay again!!

Excellent! Love it! Great boutique hotel, extremely friendly staff, great location. The only downside, and this is small...and really only a woman would notice...is the lighting isn't great above the sink for doing makeup. It's high, and not bright enough. It's flattering and soft, but to do makeup, we need harsh light to see what we're doing. So a man may have done the lighting design. But other than that tiny little personal thing...this hotel is fabulous!!

Old world charm! Classy! Loved the beautiful tiled bathroom and fixtures! Room beautifully appointed. Everything to my liking. The only thing I did not find in my room that would have ben useful- which I probably could have requested but didn't was a "luggage rack". Could be that it was well hidden and I just didn't find it.

So well situated within the downtown area, easily walk to many venues such as theaters, museums, stadiums and restaurants. Loved the interior, staff super helpful and friendly, and the Clubroom has very good small plates.

Absolutely stunning, new hotel, and a historic building the heart of Cleveland. Every detail is beautiful, the tile exquisite bed linens, and every touch in the common areas – – there are gorgeous floral murals, and the service is impeccable. Highly recommend this hotel for a weekend away or romantic retreat!

In the age of old worn out s**ty chain hotels, it’s nice to stay in a proper boutique hotel. A . Wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Cleveland.

So close…

Beautiful hotel, lovely employees. But there was a blinking light from either the fire or carbon monoxide detectors that kept me awake. There was also the loud sound of what seemed to be a tea kettle all night long, it must have been the water pipes. These are the only two complaints I have, everything else was top notch but unfortunately, because I’m a light sleeper, these two things kept me awake all night long. Also, they charged $75 for parking from 11:30pm to 10am. PS- the water pressure in the shower was AMAZING No wonder the pipes kept singing

The Fidelity Hotel is very well appointed. It has modern , elegant interiors fitting perfectly within the architecture of the building. It was a pleasure to stay there.
