The room was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. I loved the bathroom, especially the tub! Every member of the team was exceptional. The food was so good. We had breakfast one day and dinner another, everything was delicious including the drinks.

Nice place to stay that doesn’t feel like a cookie cutter hotel chain. The restaurant was surprisingly good, and was far better than most hotel restaurants that I have been to. Easily can walk around the city or uber. Would recommend and stay here again if I return to Cleveland

We loved everything. It's crazy to say but the 2 cups of black coffee we carried out from the bar in the morning was terrible & expensive. Feels petty to say but it was off-puttting. Aside from this tiny complaint everything was wonderful.

A warm glow of happiness

This hotel is amazing, well exceeded my expectations. The rooms are so beautiful, every detail considered, down to the water glasses in the bathroom. Perfectly designed but not over done, the effect is a warm glow of happiness when you walk into your room, and pause, and take it all in. Same goes for the public spaces, beautiful and welcoming. We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant as well. Walking distance from Playhouse Square if you’re in the mood for a show. Book it, you’ll enjoy your stay!

Amazing decor and service. Every staff member encounteres was friendly and the rooms have a romantic feel, making it a perfect gwt away with my partner. They were kind to my dog and gave us a dog biscut, and water bowl for the stay. I will be coming back with my partner again.

Beautiful room and the staff were really nice. I didn’t get a chance to experience breakfast/bar because the location of the hotel was right next to so many restaurants and bars. The only downside is that the mini fridge was too small, and there was no microwave inside the hotel! Overall 8/10 due to the amenities.
