The Fidelity was so convenient to walk aroud the city. The room was amazingly clean and quiet. The staff was incredible. If you are reading this review trying to make a decision, you can save time and just go ahead and book here!

Clean hotel, awesome room, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Though I didn't have a chance to see much of the downtown area, this hotel is within walking distance (for my long legs) of most things I would have wanted to visit.

Best hotel in Cleveland!

I travel a lot and have stayed in many high-end hotels, and this place was definitely one of the best. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We hit a snag at check-in, but they promptly fixed the problem, and Patrick went above and beyond to make our stay special. I can’t recommend this place enough—every amenity was thoughtfully planned and curated. Located close to restaurants you can walk to, but the restaurant/in room dining was delicious!

The staff, especially the valet guys are phenomenal! The room Superior on the 11th floor, while small super cute. Had some difficulty getting the ac to work properly. A team member had it working before we returned to the room. Biggest complaint. No complimentary coffee in any part of hotel. Room pour over (tea bag style) absolutely a joke. The 4 creamers and sugars supplied aren’t even close to enough. Coffee purchased in restaurant is over $5 a tiny cup. There is wonderful coffee place to the right walking out door of hotel. We had a burger in restaurant onsite. It was great!! With so many great food choices on 4 th street, 1 block away we only had the one meal at hotel. Great place to stay to walk to just every place to visit downtown. Once again the door/valet guys are on it!! They’ll even run to get your car if there in a hurry.
