1 elevator was not working when I arrived. 20 min wait to get to the room. Valet parking was a 90 minute wait so I parked my car off site. I work for a local government and was told to bring the forms which I did and the taxes would be taken off at check in. At check in I was told it would be refunded at check out. When I checked out they were not refunded, and I asked for a copy of the bill showing what it cost me. They said they would email it. No email for 4 hrs so I returned to the Hotel, and they gave me a receipt with not detail just showing a zero balance. She said because I booked thru Expedia she could not help me. Now I am out the taxes. I am not happy with Hampton Inn or Expedia.

Excellent location, nice large clean rooms, easy walk to excellent restaurants and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Only reason for 4 star overall is the poor free breakfast offered.
