Michelle was outstanding and truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It was raining Sunday morning before the Cleveland Browns game, and she made sure I had a rain poncho for the game. Having worked in this business myself, I was very impressed with her level of service.

Didn’t clean rooms while we were there. Our garbage was piling up. Front desk guy would rather eat dinner than help us like we were bothering him. Said we had to wait for next day to talk to manager. A lot of employees had attitudes and nasty.

The staff were all nice. Overall, we had a good stay. The only reason for the 4/5 was that the church bells from the church right across the street are loud enough to wake you up if you're a light sleeper. Going to bed early or getting up late was not possible.

SHOCKING INVASION OF PRIVACY! Night Manager burst into our room at 1:20am and scared my wife and I out of sleep. She claimed it was a "wellness check" but we don't believe that. After this, we didn't feel safe so we left and drove home. Our trip was ruined.
