We loved the convenience of being centrally located , always someone around to assist or maintain the cleanliness of the food and coffeee station. The rooms could use some updating . They we ok for what we needed. I would stay again

This property is very dated and needs a lot of basic upgrades, fixtures, furnishings, carpet. I had a nice view of the lake from my room but otherwise this hotel is over priced for what it is.

Our bed obviously haven’t been changed, just made, because there was pizza sauce all down the side of the bed and all on the handles of the closet. We called down for sheets and they were out of sheets that fit our bed so events they dropped off a pile of flat sheets for us to make it. When we told the front desk they assured us they added points to our membership for our trouble. But they lied and there are no points on our account. Customer service online wasn’t bothered. For $300+ a night, that’s really crummy.
