Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location, close to lots of dining and shopping. Room had issues with touchy thermostat — we were either too cold or too hot. Bathroom door had swelled and we could not close it fully.

Great stay.

Beds are comfortable. Good selection of breakfast and snack items. Convenient location. Close to highway but quiet and tucked into woods. Lots of groceries, coffee, restaurants nearby. Easy commute to Cleveland and not far from a beach.

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a restful night. The walls are paper thin—you can hear everything happening in the rooms next to you, from conversations to TVs and even people moving around. It felt like there was no soundproofing at all. To make matters worse, the in-room phone didn’t work, so I couldn’t even call the front desk to complain or ask for help. Definitely not worth the price, and I won’t be staying here again.

Convenient road trip stop with dogs

I was solo road tripping with 2 dogs and this hotel was perfect. They gave me a walkout room right across from the exit, which made taking the dogs out a breeze. There was a grassy area to walk (we saw a deer and fireflies!) and poo bags/trash available. It was also less expensive than staying on the east side of Cleveland. I'll stay here again next year.
