I feel that when you book 3rd party, they put you in the worst rooms. Wheelchair accessible and right by the elevator. Staff was great, but overall I think it’s probably close to the bottom of the list as far as Hampton goes

This facility is dated, clean and walkable to shopping and dining. Grounds are well kept and staff is wonderful.

Went down for breakfast at 9:15 and there was nothing left to eat. No breads, no milk for cereals, no oatmeal, no eggs, no fruit, no yogurt. Pathetic ! We were so disappointed ! Breakfast is served til 10am. If you know how many guests you have then plan food accordingly. Bed very uncomfortable. This is unacceptable !

One nice aspect of this hotel is that Crocker Park Mall is only a few blocks away. The mall has ample dining and shopping options. Our room seemed to have been recently renovated and was extremely clean. The hotel is tucked away, so it is quiet and has lots of parking. The only complaint was the breakfast (that was included in the price of the stay), as they had run out of a number of items such as milk. That said, I would be happy to stay here again.
