I don’t get how come hotels.com allows to post this kind of hotels at prices that that doesn’t even worth to pay, not clean at all dirty rooms, dirty sheets you can feel they don’t take care of the place

The room was drab, The towels were stained and had holes in them. The breakfast was very sparse. No one was refilling and it was just very bleak. Not a good experience at all.

Very efficient check in. Nice hot breakfast. Spacious. Great TV and cable. Needs repair - cracks and mold in shower, toilet sitting on spacer, mattress old and soft.

The elevator did not seem safe. We only took it one time and then used the stairs. Some doors needed maintenance as well. The woman who checked us in was super nice.

Room worked for me just needed a place to sleep but could use a good cleaning especially the bathroom. Had to keep the constant fan on AC to be able to sleep could here people talking upstairs and someone kept going in and out of their room a dozen times slamming the door every time. But for the price and the short time I was there it worked.

Location was great by the national park. Concerns: The clerk who checked us in around 6:30 p.m. was still working at 8:00 a.m the next morning. The pool had crumbling tile on the steps.

I have stayed here before but this time on the first floor. The room was so musty smelling and the floor was damp. We changed rooms and it was only a little better. The breakfast was barely mediocre. The rooms were not cleaned well. Really disappointed. Will not stay here again.
