When we checked in there was a sign saying the pool was closed. They opened it the next day. When we got to our room, we found a dead bed bug on the bed. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk person. She changed our room. No bugs in that room, however, there was mold in the bathroom. The breakfast offered was a joke. Everything was hard, nothing was fresh. There was rarely anyone at the front desk. We asked the front desk to plug in our fridge because we couldn't reach it. We needed it for my husband's meds. They wouldn't. Instead, they kept it in their refrigerator. It wasn't very convenient especially since there was rarely anyone at the front desk. We always choose hotels with refrigerators in the room. I would not stay there again.

The hotel interior and rooms could use some work/updating, but overall pretty clean and tidy. The hotel is in a great location, friendly and helpful staff, great Mexican restaurant right next door and was quiet. Very good value for the price and would 100% stay again, as well as recommend to others!

Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Carpet old bathroom flooring old. Worst was broken shower pull that did not discover until morning and we were in a hurry to get moving so could not take a shower!

In general I would said everything was fine. Clean room, staff nice, good breakfast. I spent two nights, I was expecting someone to do my bed after I sent a night and supplies like shampoo, we were short. The rest it was good!

Don’t stay here if you have a pet.

First the breakfast was horrible. Everything was cold. Second that on hotels.com it say it’s 50 per pet per stay not per night. I even asked them to make sure. They said yes. Because I asked for a new room they charge me another 100. When I asked the receptionist she told me it’s their policy and called me liar. Very rude staffThe first room had crap all over and the counters were sticky. Plus it smelled mew dew.

The hotel is passable for one night as an inexpensive option close to Blossom. Hotel was 3/4 empty, and we were given a second story room with a view of a brick wall. (The property is in the middle of nowhere suburbs.) The hallways have an overwhelming smell of cheap Yankee candles leading one to wonder what they are trying to cover up, but … that smell was much more pleasant than that of our room. Our room smelled like a dusty used vacuum cleaner bag. The front desk was virtually unattended at all hours, so I doubt they prioritize customer satisfaction.

Nice hotel. Love the table for luggage. Good breakfast. Bathroom could use a little work. Shower getting old. Like grab bar but need one getting in and out of tub. Toilet is WAY too low! Overall nice place to stay.
