newer facility, fresh, clean-bathroom smallest ever (who uses the tub anymore? had walkin shower with reasonable space in a different hampton-north olmsted? was great), beds too soft- desk right next to/too close to ac unit, cant see tv from desk because of tall cabinet between desk and tv, otherwise great place-would stay again

It was clean. The breakfast wasn’t bad…normal Hampton Inn breakfast. The bed was comfortable; however, the room and bathroom were small. Additionally, I find the charge of $75 as a pet charge for one night to be obscene. We have been traveling for weeks and I understand a change, but $75 is too much.

The hotel is nearly new and in excellent condition. The pool is indoors, which might be nice in the winter, but was disappointing in the summer. Housekeeping is only provided every-other-day. The lobby area and free breakfast are very nice. There is no outdoor area for guests to sit. Overall, I would recommend this location.

Improve service and amenities.
Front desk woman in afternoon and late at night have poor customer service skills. No smile. I stood in front of first one to check in and she sat for a few seconds before even looking up at me. The night person was behind the wall and didn't come out for a minute. No eye contact. The room was good. TV cable and its guide is weirdest ever. Three different menus for different channels. Crazy. Workout place shouldn't be called workout. It's just treadmills in a closet. No equipment. Just dumbbells in a narrow corner. Either expand or get rid of the room. Breakfast: Eggs not hot.
