The room was fine. The hotel was pet friendly but I think $50 for one dog is excessive. The breakfast was horrible. The omelets and sausage were cold, not just not hot, but cold. The oatmeal was a joke. It was also cold and all dried out. I have conservatively spent over 200 nights in Hampton Inns all over the country having traveled for business for 5 years and this by far was the worst breakfast.

From the time you walked in the front door the entire motel sparkled with cleanliness!! Our room the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at. The bathroom was so clean the shine from the tub you could see from a mile away. The free breakfast was extremely delicious and again everything was so clean I’m a neat freak and this passed with flying colors Also I have a service dog. I showed her identification and bang no questions. And there was no extra charge for her .

The website indicated that they had a pool but at check-in I was told that they remodeled the previous year and the pool was removed. We would not have stayed and paid a premium price for the hotel room if we knew ahead of time that there was no pool. The desk clerk did not provide extra blankets when requested. The clerk provided sheets and tried to tell me that they were blankets. We will not stay at this hotel again.

The location was very convenient for us. The staff was very friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic, and our only complaint was that towards the end of our stay, they weren't restocking things like plates, cups, and coffee, which was really inconvenient. I would stay there again, though.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. It was very clean & in a great location. It is only about 5 minutes away from the Headlands Beach & park. We will definitely go back there again this summer!!

Pros: The staff was very helpful at check-in and check-out. Additional towels were provided at request. The room was clean, as were the public spaces. Breakfast was okay, typical of most hotels. The coffee/tea station in the lobby was appreciated. Cons: There was debris on one of the elevator floors that remained there for two full days. I'm fairly certain that a staff member must have ridden that elevator during that time but neglected to clean it themselves or directed another staffer to do so. The thing that bothered me the most was an odor throughout the hotel. It might have been a cleaner or deodorizer, but it was quite noticeable when exiting the elevators. One more thing: the bed was quite a bit higher than what we are used to.

We booked and paid for a suite room with a couch. They would not give us one even though that is what we booked and paid for. The front desk employees were not helpful or empathetic. When we arrived both the front desk employees were sitting outside on the side of the hotel and walked in just ahead of us. No other employees were there, so who was answering the phones, no one that’s who. Extremely unprofessional. We will not be staying here again. We only booked because they had suites and we didn’t get one or any kind of apology or compensation for the difference in the cost of the room! 😡

We stayed in room 223 The only complain I have about that room is the shower head leak and the refrigerator was wobbly and did not get cold. So I would not say leftovers in that room if you want to use the refrigerator it's not safe other than that everything was great hotel Steph was great there are geese that patrol the outside but they are friendly fish as long as your dogs don't mess with them. Breakfast was good for a hotel different-ish everyday 10 out of 10 recommend this hotel if you're unfortunate enough to have to be in Ohio.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Despite the fact that there was a power outage due to an accident, the staff was able to check us in and give us access to our room promptly. They provided us with free snacks and water bottles, which was unnecessary but much appreciated. The breakfast was hot and there was plenty to choose from. We would definitely recommend this property.
