The staff were all very friendly and helpful! Our room was spacious and comfortable. Unfortunately even though the website says they have cribs available, they did not have cribs when we traveled for the holidays. We had a cot for our toddler but would suggest checking ahead of time for family travel

The staff was very friendly & helpful. The only complaints we have is the bed was a bit lumpy, seemed quite old & the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. A nice arm chair in the room would be nice.

We chose this hotel for the closeness to Cleveland Clinic. It is a nice hotel. Only issue I had was the bed was too hard for me. But my husband thought it was perfect. Was a little bummed that there wasn't a microwave in the room.
