The facility put a hold on our bank account for over 500$ and said it would drop off in a couple hours on 9/20/25 it is now 9/23 and the hold is still there and pending. We paid with a different card in person and now it is as if we are being charged twice. Our bank can't do anything we have asked the location itself to correct it and they claim they can't.

I booked online and accidentally picked the wrong date. Did notice the date wasn’t the very day I needed a room. They would not refund any of my money and we didn’t get to stay there. We canceled, so that most likely means they got to host someone else in the rooms were booked and got double their money.

Overall a great option to stay close to the airport. The only issue we had was we were forgotten a few times waitiing for the shuttle. However, its free so hard to complain about that. The shuttle to the airport at 4:30AM was spot on which is what really matters. Nice pool and jacuzzi, great staff.
