Not a great experience
Once we got to the hotel, we went to our room, everything was fine until we got into our room. Every time we get to a hotel we check the bed and make sure it’s clean. The right of the bed there was red Cheetos on the floor along with other trash. And the pillows had red Cheeto marks from someone hand. We went and got our room changed, our new room was ok to start. Once we left the room the elevator alarms were going off so we couldn’t use the elevator. Which wasn’t convenient since they moved us from the 2nd to the 11th floor. We were told the bar inside the hotel was open until 12 midnight. We got back and they closed at 9. The website even says 12. Then we took our showers and there was no water pressure at all. There was only scorching hot water. So we couldn’t shower. We are not picky people whatsoever. And my husband travels a lot for work so we stay at a lot of hotels and this was a bad experience. You could even see dirty mop water splashes on the bathroom door. With it being a Hilton we were very happy to stay there but it was not the best experience. We had to pay extra $18 for both of us for a breakfast that at any other hotel it would be complimentary, it was all hard as a rock, it got charged to the room. The last thing is that the parking was $20 a night to park in the Hilton parking. It was very unexpected for all these things to happens

Property was ran down, out dated. Dog poop right outside the main door, not the hotel’s fault but maybe don’t let irresponsible dog owners stay there. One bad apple ruins the bunch.

I felt I was staying at a Travel Lodge or a Best Western rather than a Hilton. Three nights with no room service. I could requested but should I have to? Room was fine but in substandard condition. This was a business trip so it met my needs, the location in particular. They need to up their game.

It was okay. The reviews and pictures definitely were not accurate. The pool was a disaster. It may have been from other guest but I couldn’t let my child swim in it. That was very disappointing. Elevators were not cleaned. Overall location, safety and friendly were excellent but cleaning could’ve been a little more.
