This property what I come to expect from an IHG property, however the parking situation is horrendous. The only option was to pay $25 per day for valet parking, or park at a lot that is about a 10 - 15 minute walk back to the hotel. With all of the parking lots, they couldn't dedicate one to the hotel that was close by. I would have even paid for that just to park my car myself on the property or at least near by.

The hotel was very nice & clean the only thing I dislike was I was there for pulmonary reason (lungs) and the smell of the hotel was way strong it was hard for me to breathe and the down stair bathroom was worse I think you should find a pleasant order not so strong that’s my only complaint ,Every one not so overwhelming smellwas nice pleasant and courteous.

Perfect for staying near the hospital. Better than the intercontinental hotel. Much cleaner. Took off a star because our room didn’t have body soap dispenser filled.
