Very clean room and bathroom. Reception staff were upbeat and helpful. With rare exceptions, the valet staff were pleasant and extremely accommodating, charging our EV when requested. Martin, the attendant at the Grab and Go was particularly pleasant. The location of the hotel is convenient for Case Western University Hospital or Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Museum of Art, Museum of Natural History and the Academy of Music.

Room was clean and comfortable. Front desk employee who checked us in did not appear friendly and did not give us info on how to find the elevator to get to our room & did not inform us on dining/food options available at the hotel. Valet staff was very friendly and helpful.
