The room carpet had dirty spots. The room had dust in the corners, food crumbs on the carpeted flooring; clearly it had not been vacuumed thoroughly if at all.

I don’t really recommend for the price you pay. The staff in the restaurant are very rude and unprofessional. If you want coffee, make sure you get up at 5am otherwise there won’t be any left by 8am. They make you buy coffee at the restaurant ($3) once the free coffee is gone out front in the lobby. You pay over $200 a night and a coffee isn’t free. If you are handicapped, they only provide 3 spots. Valet parking is $25 per day, otherwise they have you park across the street. If you can walk well, it shouldn’t be an issue. Most people go there because of Cleveland clinic so you’d think there would be less valet parking spots and more handicap spots. The only pro of this hotel is the free shuttle to Cleveland clinic.

If you are looking for a clean place to lay your head at night this would be a great option! Although we liked the property overall, there is very limited food options after 8 PM in the area other than a Burger King directly across the street. We also were not prepared that you have to do valet parking and pay $25 in order to park a vehicle. There is no free parking here. There also is no complementary breakfast, so be prepared to fork out additional money. For all of the amenities you have to pay for we would have been better off finding a different hotel that included everything
